Surprise! As you can see I was suspended on my account. I'm really getting tired of the issues on deviant ART. Once I get back on I will be spending most of my time of The Evil Pie Art Community and also writing deviant ART Administrators about this suspension...of course I doubt it'll do much good considering they have only ever once written me back about anything and never bother to take much action about major issues beside charge money to the members on everything, clog the site with adds and fill their time coming up with new versions of the site instead of dealing with more important problems reported by members.

Two people had reported me on that first time around with the '10th Doctor in Warhol" image, of course DA never bothers to talk to their members about what happened and just automatically ban the member and/or delete their work. I of course was surprised to still see my so called 'stolen artwork' still in my account yesterday and bam! Today I was nailed with three more reports by people claiming theft and they decided to automatically suspend me when it was them who didn't delete it in the first place so obviously it wasn't that important of an issue.

What I want to know is that if deviant ART cares about their members so damn much, how come I can never get the proper help I need or the attention I need on an issue unless it's someone reporting me on an issue. When my account was hacked, I had to write them 5 different occasions because no one would reply to my letters. Then they accused me of starting the problem. Then as a solution they said I should start a new account, which I did. But in starting a new account, they refused to transfer my subscription (my MONEY!) to my new account saying that my reasons weren't just enough for a transfer even though it was them that recommended I change an account saying it was a serious matter, yet it wasn't serious enough for them to transfer my sub. My art has also been stolen three times; they never helped me and told me I needed to talk to the other member about it even though I couldn't contact them because they had blocked my name. It took me dealing with the Cyber Police to get anything done. Then they suspended me twice on Antidaeophobia, the first time for two weeks for a piece of art that was an original piece and someone reported theft only because I used the same animal as them 'apparently they owned the rights to the beluga whale species.

Then I was suspended for three months when someone claimed an original character of mine was stolen. One of my friends had drawn a fan art of my character from a story and allowed me to post it on my page with written permission for me to post the work even though it was my character. Friends of mine as well as me and the fan artist all contacted deviant ART staff and even though there was overwhelming proof for my case they instead chose to find it easier to ban me for three months wasting my subscription. Later the Administrator's contacted me and sent an apology; however, they refused to refund my wasted subscription even though it was their error all along.

I'm going to be spending little time here on deviant Art until they get their heads out of their asses and start having some consideration and respect for the true people that make this site possible, and that is of course the members. Without its members, this wouldn't be the most top rated site on the web. Whether that artist is a professional or amateur or appreciator, the Administrators have very little to do with making this site worthwhile. Instead it's the community and the wonderful artist that put themselves out there to be judged and appreciated by the masses.
